1. Delivery Times:
Here’s typically how long it takes for your order to arrive:

  • Processing time of 1 to 3 business days is required to prepare your order for shipment*.
  • Please be aware that our goods are shipped from Asia, and longer delivery times may occur beyond our control.

2. Tracking Information:

  • Once your parcel has been prepared, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email.
  • In the case of an order with multiple items, you may receive your items in separate parcels.

3. Delivery Locations:

  • We deliver to: Italy
  • We do not deliver to: Philippines, Austria, South America, Africa, India, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, New Caledonia, Russia, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Belgium, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Bulgaria, Italy, Germany, and more.

4. Delivery Cost:

  • Tracked delivery is available on all orders to the United Kingdom.
  • Due to the pandemic and inflation, shipping and insurance costs have increased for some countries (e.g., UAE). You may notice a delivery fee during checkout to help cover these additional expenses.

5. Import Duties & Taxes:

  • Our parcels are normally delivered successfully without customers incurring any customs fees.
  • Any additional duties or tariffs charged by customs or local shipping companies are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • If a customs fee is incurred, please email us and we’ll do our best to provide a solution.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs checks.

6. Multiple Parcels:

  • We’ll do our best to combine your items into a single parcel whenever possible.
  • However, we may ship your order in multiple parcels to protect items in transit or to prevent customs delays (due to size/weight restrictions or different warehouse locations).

7. Failed Delivery:

  • Shipping updates will be sent via email.
  • Please ensure you’re home during scheduled delivery or collection. If not, notify your local post office or arrange someone else to receive it on your behalf.

8. Lost, Held, Returned, or Stolen Parcels:

  • Report any missing parcels within 15 days of being marked as delivered.
  • Investigating parcels beyond this timeframe can be difficult, and we may be unable to offer free reshipment or a refund.
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen when delivered to shared locations (shops, businesses, military bases, apartment blocks).
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all shipping details.
  • If delivery issues are anticipated, we may contact you to verify your address.

9. Delayed Parcels:

  • If your parcel is delayed, please report this via email at contactus@bflifestyle.com with your order number and the missing item(s).
  • You have 15 days to report missing parcels after 60 days from your original order date.

10. Missing Parcels:

  • You will receive a confirmation email when a parcel is out for delivery.
  • Occasionally, couriers may mark parcels as delivered before arrival.
  • If you receive a delivery confirmation but haven’t received it, please:
    • Wait a few business days (it may still arrive).
    • Contact your local post office for updates.
    • Check for delivery notes.
    • If you can’t get info from your local post office, contact us.
